Healing in the natural rhythm of your becoming.

Gentle, trauma-informed online counselling for adults and couples.

A warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard and begin healing at your own pace.

The Daisydot Ecosystem

You do not have to hold everything alone.

You may have arrived here feeling tired of coping, holding everything together or trying to understand why certain experiences continue to affect you.

At Daisydot Healing Therapies, you are welcomed exactly as you are. You do not need to have the right words, know where to begin or feel ready to make a change.

Therapy can begin with something much simpler: having a space where you can exhale, lower your guard and feel genuinely seen.

I offer person-centred, trauma-informed counselling shaped around you. We move gently, without pressure or expectation, creating the safety and trust needed for meaningful change to unfold.

Support for what life has asked you to carry.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be living with the impact of past experiences, grieving a loss, navigating change or finding that relationships and emotions have become difficult to manage alone.

I offer support with:

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Grief, bereavement and loss

  • Relationships and patterns of relating

  • Anxiety, overwhelm and emotional distress

  • Life changes and transitions

  • Identity, self-worth and self-acceptance

  • Menopause and emotional wellbeing

  • Neurodivergent experiences

You do not need to fit neatly into a category. We can begin with what feels most important to you.

Therapy that moves at your pace.

My approach is person-centred, relational and trauma informed. This means that our work is guided by your experiences, your needs and your natural rhythm.

I will not rush you, judge you or tell you who you should become. Instead, I offer a calm and compassionate relationship where every part of you is welcome, including the parts you may have learned to hide.

Daisydot is not a specialist neurodivergence service. It is an inclusive practice where neurodivergent clients, alongside people from many different backgrounds, cultures and experiences are welcome

Our sessions may include conversation, reflection, mindfulness, imagery or creative tools. There is also space to pause, breathe and simply be.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers

Why Daisydot?

The name Daisydot holds two parts of the healing journey.

Through therapy, we can begin to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have felt lost, forgotten, overwhelmed or wounded. In time, we may begin to feel fresh as a daisy again.

But healing often begins by returning to our “day dot”, the place where our story began. A place where we can slow down, make sense of what we have experienced and gently reconnect with who we are beneath life’s challenges.

Daisydot honours both: the courage it takes to return to your beginning and the possibility of emerging with a deeper sense of who you are.

Your healing has its own rhythm.

Healing is rarely a straight line. There may be moments of courage and movement, times when you need to slow down and periods of quiet inner change that others cannot yet see.

The philosophy behind Daisydot is inspired by the natural rhythms of becoming: gathering the courage to begin, moving at your own pace, finding safety in the pause and gradually emerging with greater clarity, self-trust and compassion.

There is no destination you must reach and no version of yourself you need to perform.

This is your journey. We will listen to its rhythm together.

A warm, human relationship.

I’m Sarah Cree, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Daisydot Healing Therapies began with a quiet calling to offer the kind of compassionate support I once needed myself. My own experiences showed me how powerful it can be to feel safe, understood and genuinely accompanied during vulnerable times.

Today, I bring that understanding into a practice grounded in warmth, professional care and respect for every person’s individual story.
